Consular Section
The Embassy offers a full range of consular services for Cypriot citizens residing in Sweden, Norway
and Latvia (such as issuing of passports and birth certificates etc.) as well as renders assistance, when needed, to Cypriot citizens visiting temporarily the above-mentioned countries.
Moreover, a wide range of other services is offered to residents of Sweden, Norway
and Latvia. Our Consular Section, inter alia:
- Accepts applications and issues visas to foreign nationals for entry to Cyprus.
- Legalises documents bearing the seal of a Cyprus Government department/official.
- Certifies the authenticity of a signature placed before a consular officer of the Embassy (on official documents).
- Accepts applications for the import of pets to Cyprus.
- Accepts applications for the provisional registration of ships under Cyprus flag.
Please note that it is always advisable to make an appointment with our Consular Section before visiting the Embassy for any consular issue.
