About Cyprus Tourism Organisation
The Cyprus Tourism Organisation was established in 1969 by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. The organisation's objective, according to law, is to organise and promote tourism within the Republic by using all possibilities and resources available.
The organisation provides assistance to professional bodies, companies and individuals who have an interest in Cyprus' tourism. But as a semi-governmental and non-commercial organisation, it does not perform the functions of a travel agent.
The Cyprus Tourism Organisation's office in Stockholm (Cyperns Turistråd) is responsible for relations in the Nordic and the Baltic countries and provides services within the fields of marketing and information.
